Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5–10 business days after the order is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

During new product release periods (“product drops”), processing times may be extended several days.

Orders are shipped using the most cost effective carrier service.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

All Moon & Star glassware is carefully packaged using protective materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Due to the fragile nature of glass, we strongly recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged:

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit available remedies.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
